I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Everything was perfect and it’s definitely great value for the money! It’s cheaper than many hotels in Madrid, but it offers so much. First, the location is impeccable. It’s less than 5-minute walk to the metro station (Prosperidad), which is well connected to downtown. Second, the room is spacious and very clean. Third, the breakfast was sooo good! If it hasn’t been included in your room price, you can simply purchase it for around €8 only, but you get a lot of good food! And fourth, which is absolutely the best part of this hotel: the staff! Everyone I met always greeted me with smile, happiness, and positivity. They looked like they loved their job and they were always ready to help. Once I had an issue with my suitcase lock and they helped me right away. A few days later I needed an iron and ironing board, and they lent them to me straight away. And every time they helped, they always did it while smiling, joking, and giving lots of positive vibes. I will definitely stay here again. Muchísimas gracias y enhorabuena, equipo Esentia Togumar por su trabajo impecable! Me encantó todo lo que vivía durante mi estancia. Seguro que me volveré a quedar allí la próxima vez que vaya a Madrid!

very nice and helpful staff; short distance to metro station (however, to get to the city center you need about 30 minutes by metro); there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, the hotel is located in a residential area, which seemed calm and safe; quiet room, very comfortable beds, bed linen, quilts and pillows looked like new or almost new, spacious apartament with small kitchenette, well-working air-conditioning, large TV set (I don't know what TV programs are available because we didn't watch TV)

The room has a small kitchen in the front and a huge bedroom. We only stayed for one night and used the A/C which worked nicely. We had a nice breakfast in the morning which had a good variety of food and breakfast drinks. The front desk was helpful with directions. We were able to store our luggage with the front desk while we went walking around town. I asked for rooms close together and our rooms were next to each other and by the elevator. There is a nice outside area in the back.

Nice hotel in nice neighborhood, away from noise and traffic, with 24 hr service desk. We parked car in secure hotel park and used metro to city centre, metro is a few min walk from hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets around. Room had all the amenities needed, a/c worked very well. Nice to have lifts to our room, including lift from basement carpak. Room was serviced daily. Breakfast was very good in a nice stylish environment. Staff were very.attentive and met all our needs.
