Sercotel Togumar

Definitely value for money here. Kitchenette and also free breakfast, for a very fair price in what is overall a very nice neighborhood (cafes, restaurants, plenty of shops), not far from a metro line (3-4 minutes walk). No other hotel offer came close in terms of value/location. The (upgraded) room was overall fine, spacious, Breakfast fair, in a tight and window-less room. Not the best, but adequate.

Nice hotel in nice neighborhood, away from noise and traffic, with 24 hr service desk. We parked car in secure hotel park and used metro to city centre, metro is a few min walk from hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets around. Room had all the amenities needed, a/c worked very well. Nice to have lifts to our room, including lift from basement carpak. Room was serviced daily. Breakfast was very good in a nice stylish environment. Staff were very.attentive and met all our needs.

I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Everything was perfect and it’s definitely great value for the money! It’s cheaper than many hotels in Madrid, but it offers so much. First, the location is impeccable. It’s less than 5-minute walk to the metro station (Prosperidad), which is well connected to downtown. Second, the room is spacious and very clean. Third, the breakfast was sooo good! If it hasn’t been included in your room price, you can simply purchase it for around €8 only, but you get a lot of good food! And fourth, which is absolutely the best part of this hotel: the staff! Everyone I met always greeted me with smile, happiness, and positivity. They looked like they loved their job and they were always ready to help. Once I had an issue with my suitcase lock and they helped me right away. A few days later I needed an iron and ironing board, and they lent them to me straight away. And every time they helped, they always did it while smiling, joking, and giving lots of positive vibes. The room has a small kitchen in the front and a huge bedroom. We only stayed for one night and used the A/C which worked nicely. We had a nice breakfast in the morning which had a good variety of food and breakfast drinks. The front desk was helpful with directions. We were able to store our luggage with the front desk while we went walking around town. I asked for rooms close together and our rooms were next to each other and by the elevator. There is a nice outside area in the back.

The location was central and there is a bus from/to the airport. The breakfast is fine, everything you need. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful.
